Each scheduled pickup includes a courtesy grace period outlined below:

• 15 minutes for Private Residential or Office Locations
• 30 minutes for Domestic Airport pickups from flight arrival time
• 45 minutes for International Airport pickups from flight arrival time

ExecLane provides 30 minutes complimentary waiting time for Domestic Arrivals and 45 minutes for International Arrivals. The driver will wait a further 15 minutes after this waiting time before the booking is considered as a “no show”.
