Covid 19 Measures

The health & safety of our clients & drivers is our top priority, so we are following the most up-to-date medical advice from the Services Victoria and Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPV) and have therefore introduced the following safety measures:

  • All Drivers will wear masks while transporting clients and will offer them a mask of their own to wear (which is advised but not enforceable).
  • If possible, passengers are asked to handle their own luggage in and out of vehicle.
  • Surfaces of each vehicle will be thoroughly disinfected after every transfer (seats, seatbelts, door handles, vehicle dash, buttons, iPad’s).
  • Doors will be opened automatically or by the Driver to reduce the surfaces passenger needs to touch.
  • Hand sanitiser is available to passengers and supplied to drivers as part of their PPE.

Damage to vehicle

Clients/Passengers upon excepting the T&C’s (Terms & Conditions) set out by ExecLane, agree to and held responsible for any damage or soiling they cause to the interior and or exterior of the vehicle whilst on hire to them. All charges will be passed onto the client/passengers for any cleaning time, repairs and detailing required to restore the vehicle to its condition at the commencement of the hiring.

By agreeing to the T&C’s the client authorises ExecLane to add $200 to the cost of the booking for any incident in the vehicle caused by the client or clients group which results in the vehicle requiring cleaning, together with all other fees and charges incurred to return the vehicle to its normal operating condition and the costs of any bookings lost due to the customer’s actions or those of other passengers.

If such circumstances arise, the client will be notified by ExecLane before charging the clients credit card. The client/passengers also agree to pay for any damage caused, or incurred, in relation to the vehicle, including damage to the iPad’s, seats, stains, breakages, technical or mechanical damage to the equipment inside the vehicle, missing items, or any vehicle body damage.

Alcohol, Food & Smoking

Alcohol and Food are not to be consumed on any vehicle without prior approval. In such circumstances, payment of a bond may be required to cover the risk of damage to the vehicle. Your responsibility for any damage is in accordance with these terms and conditions. Smoking is not permitted by law in any vehicle supplied by ExecLane.

Quotes & Rates

Please contact ExecLane for all rates as these are dependent on the vehicle type and hire requirements. All quotes and rates include GST, Tolls, parking and airport exit fees. ExecLane reserves the right to pass on, without notice any increases that may occur in any applicable airport charges, road tolls, entry fees or parking charges. Quotes will be valid up to 24 hours of the time of enquiry, after which time the quote will lapse. All quotes & rates given in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Additional charges will apply for all pick ups/drop offs required enroute unless already quoted.

For any bookings between the hours of 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM there will be $100 out-of-hours Surcharge.

Service/Credit Card Surcharges

3% Credit Card


Airport Transfers and Point to Point Transfers50% of the total amount if cancellation occurs within 72 hours and 100% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your booking. Wedding Transfers- Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the booked wedding date. If cancellation is received within 30 days of the booking, the total price will become payable in full. Please also note if full payment of a wedding booking is not secured 30 days prior to the wedding, the booking will be cancelled.


Then choosing to travel with ExecLane you can take confidence in knowing that the privacy of our clients is of the up most importance. All our driver sign and agree to a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) keeping what happens in our vehicles private and confidential. Any of ExecLane client’s personal information is keep in a private and secure data base.

Waiting Time

Each scheduled pickup includes a courtesy grace period outlined below.

  • 15 minutes for private residential or Office locations
  • 30 minutes for Domestic Airport pickups from flight arrival time
  • 45 minutes for International Airport pickups from flight arrival time.

Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and ExecLane does not use cookies to collect personal information.
