Courtesy grace period
Each scheduled pickup includes a courtesy grace period outlined below:
- 15 minutes for Private Residential or Office Locations
- 30 minutes for Domestic Airport pickups from flight arrival time
- 45 minutes for International Airport pickups from flight arrival time
Complimentary waiting time
ExecLane provides 30 minutes complimentary waiting time for Domestic Arrivals and 45 minutes for International Arrivals. The driver will wait a further 15 minutes after this waiting time before the booking is considered as a “no show”. You are required to contact us either via phone on +61 459 946 469 or email info@execlane.com.au if extra waiting time is required as charges may apply.
Private residence and corporate locations
ExecLane provides 15-minute complimentary waiting time. Your driver will wait a further 10 minutes before considering the booking to be a “No Show”.
